How do you dance with change? Whether you are grieving a loss, celebrating a gain or perhaps struggling with fear, inertia or resistance, life transitions can be stressful. Sometimes you need help finding your balance in the ever changing current of life. I work with individuals, couples, families and groups to facilitate, navigate and incorporate change and bring to my psychotherapy practice insight and experience on a variety of life transition issues including: loss, relationship, parenting, divorce, career, aging, spiritual growth, sexual orientation and relocation/acculturation.
